Forrest is intimately familiar with the value of hard work. As the eldest son of a landscape design and construction contractor in the picturesque Lakes Region and Mount Washington Valley, Forrest was never idle. He spent weekends, vacations, and summers working in the family business, relishing the challenges and rewards of disciplined work. By the time he entered college, Forrest was running job sites and crews on his own, allowing him to pay for college completely independently. He graduated at the top of his class a semester early, with zero debt. Working on essentially every shoreline of every area lake, as well as many mountain homes, provided Forrest with deep, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. His favorite step in landscaping was the design phase, which taught him how to maximize a property's natural aesthetic beauty and functional utility to fully realize its potential. Forrest has also undertaken several Lakes Region home renovations. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Forrest and his wife Bridget took on many of the renovations themselves. This experience provided an opportunity to learn the many aspects of home renovation and Forrest’s clients often benefit from his experience evaluating properties that may require renovation or expansion to meet their needs.
Prior to moving back to the Lakes Region, Forrest spent over a decade in Boston working as a Portfolio Specialist at Frontier Capital Management, an asset management firm where he conducted advanced risk analysis for the company. There, Forrest achieved his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a professional certification program for investment and financial professionals. The designation requires extensive training and rigorous exams to become an expert in analyzing and managing investment risk. Forrest is analytical in nature and his training as a CFA has translated well to his career in real estate to where he aims to use his background to help advise his clients and support their real estate objectives. Forrest brings a fresh energy to real estate in the Lakes Region and his diverse background, combined with his local area knowledge, landscape design and construction experience, and professional investment and financial acumen, make him uniquely positioned to assist both seller and buyer clients realize their real estate objectives in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Forrest currently resides in Conway with his wife and high school sweetheart, Bridget, whom he met while attending Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, and their 4-year-old son, Hendrix. He is an outdoor enthusiast, particularly skiing and fishing. Forrest's parents retired from landscaping several years ago to run their passion project, the popular farm-to-table establishment known as White Gates Farm in Tamworth, New Hampshire. If there's any free time in the summer, Forrest enjoys spending time with his family at their popular pizza nights on the farm which feature stunning mountain views, local musical talent, and delectable pizzas from the custom crafted wood-fired pizza oven.
