Leeward Shores is a small community of year around homes located just over the bridge onto Long Island in Moultonboro. Lot sizes are generally quite spacious and the location is super, being located within walking distance to both its own private beach and the beautiful town beach located at the bridge. Launching your boat will be easy as the town launch ramp is about a one minute drive from Leeward Shores. Docking is made available on a wait list basis. The list is currently not very long. Meantime, docking is better than in most areas as Trexler’s Marina, where dock rentals are available, is about a two minute drive from Leeward Shores.
